How do I create my first campaign?

After logging in, click "Create Campaign" from your dashboard. Fill in your campaign details,
set your reward structure, customize your branding, and click "Launch Campaign". Your campaign
will go live immediately with a unique shareable link.
What happens when someone uses my referral link?

When someone clicks your unique referral link and registers for the campaign, you earn points
based on the sharing platform used. These points accumulate toward unlocking rewards. You'll
receive email notifications for each successful referral.
Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the Billing section. Upgrades take
effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How do I export my leads?

Go to your campaign dashboard, navigate to the "Referrals" tab, and click "Export to CSV".
Your leads will be downloaded with all relevant data including names, emails, referral sources,
and points earned.
Is there a limit on campaign participants?

Limits depend on your subscription plan. The Free plan allows up to 100 total leads, while
paid plans offer higher limits ranging from 5,000 to unlimited. Check our pricing page for
detailed information.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our
secure payment processor Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
